1. The presenters can interact with all attendees at any time in Whova through either Q&A, session chatroom or private messages.

2. Upload the presentation video onto Whova using session number and presenter name as file name, eg. “OECC_T1-1_Kang.mp4”.

3. The projector ratio is 16:9.

4. In regards of the potential uncontrollable internet connection problems, we advise live-stream presenters also upload their pre-recorded presentation video (optional).

5. The conference room managers will authorize the presenters to share screen and audio at the start of their talk.

6. The maximum on-site poster size is A0 Portrait, 841(w) x 1189(h) cm. Online poster is advised to fit in this ratio (A0, A1, A2…).
